New Video - Laylizzy ft. AKA – Hello

Laylizzy is Mozambique’s finest, award winning hip hop star that is signed to Pan African label, Geobek Records. Through his talent and influence in hip hop music, he continues to rep his country, breaking boundaries all across the continent. He has also successfully released two singles under the label to date, his first being “Tha Crew”and the current one being “Hello” (featuring AKA).
“Hello” was released in April 2016, taking the number #1 spot on the iTunes allgenres chart in Mozambique on the first day and week of its release and also leading as #2 on the iTunes hip-hop chart in South Africa. The single was play listed and hit radio charts in SA, Mozambique, Kenya, Zimbabwe and Nigeria. This ultimately led Laylizzy to being the first Mozambican artist to get verified on Instagram and on Facebook a day after the release of the single. 
The much anticipated music video for Laylizzy’s hit tune, “Hello” featuring AKA premieres online after making its debut on MTV Base’s Spanking New, TV Miramar in Mozambique as well as on e.TV’s entertainment show, Club 808 securing a spot as number 1 on their weekly Top 5 countdown.
With great reviews received from its debut, the masses have been promised and what has been promised to them shall be delivered.

New Video - Black Vulcanite – Jupiter’s Love

When futuristic Namibian rap trio Black Vulcanite burst onto the southern African hip-hop scene in 2013, they brought with them an air of consciousness that had been missing for some time. Despite the distance now between them – Ali is in Namibia, Mark has been traveling throughout Europe and Niko is in Beijing – the trio is back this month with another thought-provoking catalogue. Black Colonialists, their 22-track sophomore effort, is gutsy, sincere and insightful, peppered with intergalactic fiction and time travel. The first track they recorded for the album, “Jupiter’s Love,” is an ode to the ever-elusive “woman of their dreams”. Enjoy!
